FREE SHIPPING & EASY RETURNS
  • Delivery Timeframe: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days after the order has been confirmed.
  • Order Tracking: Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email, enabling them to monitor their package’s progress.
  • Carriers Used: We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure timely deliveries. The choice of carrier will be at our discretion unless a specific request is made.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be the responsibility of the company.
  • Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the carrier will make up to two more attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or countries based on logistical constraints or other factors.
  • International Shipping: For orders outside our primary country of operation, additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
